A-TEC Industries AG is a international industrial group based in Vienna and listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange with successful operations in drive systems, plant engineering, machine tools and minerals & metals. The Group currently employs around 11,500 people in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Great Britain, Serbia, Poland as well as the USA, Australia, India and China and the financial results for 2009 show revenues of EUR 3.0 bn.

Outlook

A-TEC Industries management expects revenues of EUR 2.7 bn and an EBIT margin of around 3% in 2010, owing to the fall-off in order intake in 2009 and anticipated slow economic growth this year.
